We all deal with stress yet many times we are not aware of how we are effected by it. Our bodies are our greatest sensory tool. They are always talking to us and guiding us. But are you listening and talking to your body? Stress can manifest in many ways from headaches to stomach issues to even illnesses if we aren't paying attention.
This week I ask you to listen to your body. Take a moment today and reflect on whats happening within. Are you feeling slow, tightness, or do you have any aches or pains? Focus your awareness on that aspect of your body and see what comes up. Talk to your body, ask “what message does this stress, ache or pain have for me?” And then see what comes to mind first.
Your body loves you, and in return it ask for you to love it more. Send love to any pain you feel or emotion that arises. Love transcends all energies and will transform your physical experiences. The stress our body feels is truly a message from within for you to become aware and allow yourself to heal.
